[GreenKeys] RTTY/RATT on 24volts

Well that UGC-74 accounts for 100lbs of the 200.  I gave my PRC-47
to AB5GG across town and he uses it occasionally on the voice net
but is not a RTTY operator, altho he has the RTTY adapter for the
PRC-74.  I still have the MITE, which weighs a lot less than the
UGC-74.
