Joe,

If that were me,, I would snap up the rack. But I like to rack mount gear even if I have to sit it on rack shelves. It is compact and nice looking. Of course make sure it is a 19 inch rack (about 17-3/4 inches between the rails.) Standard hole spacing is 1-1/4" - 1/2" - 1-1/4" - 1/2", etc.

With the door it would be nice to put repeaters in. My two linked repeaters would fit nicely in it.

Attached is a rack I am setting up now in my den shack.
And of course my three repeaters are big racks in my radio building.
