[GreenKeys] oil for heavy metal?

Greetings,
  What sort of oil should I use for my M15?Someone said stay away from 3-in-1 oil.Thought maybe I'd look for sewing machine oil.
I'm sure the drive gears will need something heavier like grease.
Oh and do felt clutches on the main shaft and felt clutch on the platen require anything special?I'm still in the cleaning stage. My replacement parts arrived.I will need to think about oil soon when I get to re-assembly.
