I use Virual Audio Cable a lot to connect one program to another I.E MP3 player to Radiocaster. I also use multiple sound cards to have several MP3 players running to individual outputs or to have external sources, like scanners, feeding into radiocaster.

You could have each program on a separate sound card if that would help.

However I do all this on XP which is much, much easier to deal with than Windows 10 as long as you don't need it on the internet.
