Whenever I go outside I just hang it around my neck, and put it on when I 
get onto a bus (I don't have a car)

My GP insists on masks (they don't check its condition), and if you don't 
have one they'll sell you one for a mere 20c (his receptionist -- who is 
also a nurse -- is a bit of a dragon-lady).
