[GreenKeys] Full Duplex / Polar Relays

Tom,

Some of our TTY circuits in Viet Nam were full duplex. Much better 
thruput if you have a lot of traffic to send in both directions!

I was a TTY repairman and often had to do troubleshooting with a TTY 
operator on the other end of the circuit. More difficult on a full 
duplex circuit where you couldn't see what you were typing!
