[GreenKeys] RO, KSR, ASR

Now that I could call automatic, but that's not a plain Jane ASR.

I guess the ASR was kind of like GM making Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Buick 
and Cadillac models.  My ASR with a non-typing perforator would be the 
Chevrolet version, an ASR with typing reperforator on the keyboard and 
auxiliary (aka dome mount) typing reperforator would be the Cadillac 
version.
