[GreenKeys] 32/33 knob?

My understanding is that the 32/33 paper knob and the chad box have been created for 3D printing.
And I released the model 42/43 ribbon cartridge files.
There are also some M15 keys I believe released to the public.

So I've lost track of what parts are being 3D printed these days.  If
the knob hasn't been yet (but I kind of think it is?) I'd be willing to
loan this one or take a bunch of measurements for someone who was going
to do a 3D design.
