[GreenKeys] 4/1 and the XASR

My emails to the webmaster there have gone unanswered. On close inspection,
the original image at
http://www.rtty.com/development/teletype/model-28s/model-28s.htm appears to
be photoshopped. I am skeptical of the "FOIA" story given there as well.
Does anyone have any insight into this?
