Today is as good a day as any to ask: There has been some discussion of this on the list before, but not a whole lot. Is the "28 XASR" described here http://www.rtty.com/development/teletype/model-28s/model-28s.htm a real machine? An elaborate joke? The picture is rather suspiciously constructed...

In the spirit of today's date, has anyone seen an XXASR (pictured below) in the wild?
