[GreenKeys] TEBO multichannel RTTY intercept (was Sorta Off Topic)

I was curious what "TEBO" stood for and went searching for it - Only
thing I found was a web page about the AN/FLR-9 antenna system, but with
pictures of the TTY monitor equipment.

"TEBO" seems to be connected with the "AN/GSQ-76" "Data Acquisition
System" (that may just be a cover name for TTY intercept)
Anyone know what "TEBO" stood for?
