[GreenKeys] long shot - converting to 110 baud?

Hello - pondering how to hook up a terminal server to my Model 33
teletype.  My (moxa) terminal server does not support 110 baud, but
does manage 50, 75, 150, 300+ etc.

If I was to do something simple maybe using an ESP32 to convert up
from (say) 75 baud for receiving at 110 baud would that make any
sense....?
