The magic search term seems to be console. (sloping front)

Bud Industries (60 series supposedly) https://www.budind.com/ Other than 
example pictures somewhere in their catalog, they don't show an actual 
listing with catalog numbers.

Hammond Manufacturing https://www.hammfg.com/  They say no longer stock 
item.  But give contact information on what options they may offer..  
Maybe they can sell you pieces for self assemble?  They have operations 
on both sides of the border.

Nothing cheap in either case I'm sure.

Reminds me of the old days in TV during the conversion from B&W to 
colour (we bought Marconi cameras).  But as I recall we kept the 
original RCA console enclosure and just plugged in new Tektronix wave 
form monitors (RM529?) and Ball Brothers or Miratel monitors.
