A design error on my part with the dual speed motor controller
I designed.
I put a 1/16th amp fuse in the primary of the supply.
Adequate for running, but too small to deal with the initial surge
current of the +Vcc filter capacitors.
I replaced the bad fuse with a 1/4 amp.
Everyone happy now.
