[GreenKeys] Making cables with M642 plugs

There is a very specialized screwdriver (pix of which I cannot 
immediately find) which looks like a very small 'spanner', which is 
hollow, and in that is a spring-loaded needle.

The needle wedges into the hole in the tiny screw, and then you press 
the tool down until the 'spanner' engages the slots of the screw - then 
thread it up and tighten it.

In my years of pro audio work, I've had several of them - alas! none 
have followed me home.

I'll try and locate them, it is a very unique tool and made for this 
purpose. Possibly they were included in the various TTY Repair Kits...
