[GreenKeys] Making cables with M642 plugs

Greenkeys,

I'm making some cables today with M642/1-1 plugs. I have found the process
of putting the plugs on the cables to be quite frustrating every time I've
done it previously. I've been soldering the lugs because they are
quite small to crimp and then trying (at length) to manipulate the tiny
little screws into their final resting places with a small split
screwdriver. Is there some special tool or jig from the annals of
telegraphy that I'm unaware of that makes this easier? There is a
through-hole in the screws that leads me to believe something may exist
along these lines.

Thanks for the help.
