[GreenKeys] Teletype 32 Paper Tape Reader Power Supply Circuit & a question about Baudot to ASCII

My Model 32 doesn't have the external power supply to power it, does anyone
know the circuit for the power supply? I've found diagrams but they leave
values for the circuit fairly ambiguous.

The unit looks like this:

This particular unit is the automatic paper tape reader power supply, I'm
needing the manual paper tape reader power supply for the Model 32, I
believe the manual power supply is the same for both 32 and 33 but I'm not
sure. I found the diagram for the reader once before but I failed in saving
it to pdf, I can't find it at all now. The diagram didn't have any values
of resistors, capacitors and the like so it wouldn't have been the most
helpful anyways.

If anyone has the circuit and could send a picture (and values), I would be
very greatful. Having the reader working would complete the unit, and gives
a lot of life to it.

Finally, I'm working on a Teletype 32 current loop to RS-232 that
automatically translates baudot to ASCII with a microcontroller. It will
have a 16-bit Addressable buffer, so it can communicate with a faster
device. Before I go head over water I wanted to know if anyone knows if a
project like this has been done before. I like tinkering but if the wheel
is already there, why invent it again.

Thank you for any responses.
