Indeed, a fair deal.  Claim is that the punch doesn't work.  I imagine it can be fixed; the machine looks very clean.  Some of the keys have been replaced, a hint that it saw competent maintenance long after it was new.

But the claim that it has a cast iron base?  That's zamac, not iron.  The cast base does date it as a relatively early machine.
