[GreenKeys] 40m RATT (military RTTY) Friday AM test and Saturday AM net

At 11:00 EDT on 9/4 the NA5B.com WebSDR near DC was picking up an S9 FSK 
signal on that frequency.  I am not set up to decode at this time.
