See the AN/FGQ-1 (PYTHON) entry at the top of this page.
http://www.navy-radio.com/crypto.htm

The manual for the 131B2 table which performed "mixing (modulo 2 addition
(XOR)) is there.

The CSP-2699 Model 14 TD variant for use with the 131B2 is a little further
down the page.

The key tape was later replaced by a TSEC/KW-2 non-tape key generator
(GORGON).

Besides the 131B-2 table there were a couple of other later mixers
including the SSM-3 and SSM-33.

Cheers,
Nick
