[GreenKeys] 28 typing reperf hammer adjustment?

Is there an adjustment for the Model 28 typing reperf hammer that moves it
in/out to determine where it hits the character on the typewheel? There is
an eccentric adjustment for side-to-side but the only thing I have found
for in/out is to loosen the two mounting screws and wiggle it a bit. Am I
missing something?
