[GreenKeys] Flesher TU-170 loop keyer

I'm having fun listening to the model 15 on autostart! Reminds me of when
I worked in radio stations.

I had previously asked about the loop keyer in the TU-170. I did some
measurements today and posted them at https://w6iwi.org/rtty/ . I also
measured the motor current, power, VA, PF, etc. both with the model 15
idle and printing. The SSR in the TU-170 is supposedly limited to 2 A, but
it seems to be handling the 2.5 A motor current fine.

I'm waiting for a few parts to get this all on the air this week. If you
hear some slow hand typed RTTY, that might be me!
