[GreenKeys] KPH RTTY On Line

Some folks here will recall that we once broadcast RTTY press and weather
on Saturdays via KPH.  We had to temporarily suspend those broadcasts due
to antenna problems.  And now we are unable to access the station due to
COVID-19 restrictions.  But as an experiment we're sending RTTY marine
press on line at the URL below as a way to bridge the gap, so to speak,
until we can return RTTY to the air once again.
