[GreenKeys] Halloween Broadcast 2020 length

The 7.5 hour version includes the test messages (if people want to get the Halloween songs and poems), but you'll see there is a 3.5 hour version without the test messages, just the straight story.

I purposefully haven't done any resampling or extra compression from the original, and I leave the silences in on purpose as they're an integral part of the broadcast/story, otherwise I'd configure the broadcast to be a single continuous run. So yes, the filesize and length is entirely expected, no surprises there. Though you make a good point-- the bitrate I have configured for the streamer and the recorder is unnecessarily high for simple RTTY audio (TUs aren't audiophiles), so yeah, I'm going to drop those down for the future. I can render the extant recordings down to 16kbps or so to make them more accessible for those with limited bandwidth/disk space (I'm lucky to live in an area and have a setup where both are in ample supply and forget my humble roots), but that's low on my list for the moment.
