[GreenKeys] FTGH Mite keyboard

When I first took my machines to a steampunk meet, I figured I would have a
hard time getting people to understand the necessity of LTRS/FIGS shift.
But then I told them “just like on your smartphone” and it was all clear.
The more things change........
