[GreenKeys] FTGH Mite keyboard

Ralph,

QSL.  I'm not as familiar with ASCII keyboards as 5-bit ones.

I wondered about the extra red keys on the side also, but figured they 
were "Local" controls, like on the top of the M28 keyboard.
