Josh,
There are a lot of variations in the upper case letters of 5-bit TTYs.
But Western Electric was using upper case "S" for "BELL" in 1919 and all
the US military machines I've seen use upper case "S" for BELL.
Somebody used upper case "J" for BELL, but I've never seen upper case
"G" used for BELL.
