[GreenKeys] ST-6 routine maintenance

There is some sort of flexible washer over the ST-6 toroids and I was 
careful not to tighten the screws to much.

Ralph's idea of a self-locking nut is a good one.

I think "Kepts nut"  was another name and must be derived from the 
manufacturer of these lock nuts
