[GreenKeys] Wood table

A few things I've observed in trying to understand the history of wood
vs. metal.

Practically all literature I've found makes a point of saying it's for
metal tables. In any catalog I find of pre-WWII equipment makes no
mention of options of wood or metal.

The fact that the 26 only came with wood tables implies they were less
expensive.

Walnut and Mahogany had codes CA and CB assigned, I assume only for
metal hardware. Earlier parts bulletins assigned different part numbers
for different finished covers.

I did see a wood copy holder for a 14 KTR I think it was.

Model 12? That was before my time.
