Just zoom in.  The original drawing is about 11" x 32" and with it zoomed to fit-to-height it is quite legible.

have a look at http://www.tubesandmore.com/products/capacitor-100v-polyester-film-inductive , this is a type that we used in the design of mobile radios in the 70ies. They should be ok in the BC-611 design if you can fit them mechanically. 

The round yellow film caps tend to be more expensive, they're usually industrial quality.
