[GreenKeys] Teletype 165027 arc suppressors

Just a heads up in case you are running into some puzzling things around
relay or distributor contacts in Teletype gear. In my current project, I
have come across a bunch of 165027 "arc suppressors" (type 186A network -
0.3uf in series with 120 ohms) that have gone bad - now measuring 150-200
ohms. Like 3 of the 6 in this unit were bad...so far. So whatever circuit
is supposed to be opened by those contacts isn't and that can lead to weird
circuit behavior. These are also used across the clutch magnets in some TDs.

I guess it is just old age capacitors giving up the ghost. Drove me crazy
figuring out why my relay logic wasn't logical....

Cheers,
