Most any Electrical Supply House would probably have them for less than
10 bucks, plus tax if you are not a licensed Electrician.  The simple
fact that it has a Hubbell part number and shows in catalogs indicates
it should not be hard to find.

I'm certain that what was shown came from a fairly current Hubbell listing.
