[GreenKeys] stunt box part needed

After looking at the parts section, I see there is a part number 152653 
that looks the same.  The 153598 has a note that it isn't used with the 
old design stop plate (195109).  So is the 152683 an obsolete part or 
does the 153598 perform a different function or what?

I have a ton of the 152653 is why I ask.
