[GreenKeys] Carriage return questions

Spring for both as I recall.  Spring inside a drum on 28, not sure about 15.  Wire rope on the 28, shoe string for 15 from drum to carriage.

I have some "shoe strings" for the 15, I think.  They are free to good home if that's what they are.
