Nick,
Thanks for the quick reply. When I was out in the shack last
night, drawing up all the terminal strips and chasing wires in the LESU
( your pic looks identical to mine) I started wondering if the TD was in
series and thought about plugging it in, but it was getting late and
had to get to bed to get up and go to that thing that interferes with
my hobbies. ( I hate those 4 letter words) .
I have enjoyed everyone's comments on how they came to greenkeys
and will throw mine out there soon. I am really looking forward to
getting both up and running and then showing my grand daughters how
communication was done. Also have a R390 A and a later TU to go with
it, trying to find a period correct one, plus just picked up a PRC-47,
so I might be looking for a MITE to go with that. I'm not sure if I
will be able to find the CV -2455, but might try to re-create one.
More projects are always needed to try to offset that 4 letter word.
