It appears to be a Model 35, 8 level machine for the ASCII code. I note that the four 
'push button' devices near the tape system are missing. I think that these were just 
pieces of plastic that pushed against some switching device underneath. I don't 
know what would be required to restore those items. Just some form of 'pushing' 
thing or more. 

If you look at the third photo, taken right above the tape area, you can see that there are 
eight places for punch holes, three on the left side, and five on the right side. 

It might do the job you are seeking. I would seriously look into the "Make Offer" 
area.

Hello Everyone, 

I have been looking for a 33ASR and I ran across a Telex machine on the 
e... website that looks close to what I am looking for however the model 
on the nameplate is 32 TM by Teletype, am I correct in assuming this is 
a 5 level machine for Telex only or could it possibly be a 8 level? The 
tape looks like it is 8 bit however I am not positive. It apears to be 
in very good physical condition and the inside looks clean, I have a 
couple of pictures from the seller not on the auction site. It is 
item#223944671893.
