[GreenKeys] Getting Teletype model 15 type basket back into type carriage

Having done this somewhat recently, E. is correct: the main thing
preventing the basket from being reinstalled is the ends of the bellcranks
not being aligned with the vanes. Carefully making sure they're all lined
up as you reinstall it, and having a significant amount of patience will
get you there.
