I asked Nick for advice and he said Rustoleum light machine gray.  

I wet sanded the case with 400 then 600 grit.

I used Rustoleum 2x primer in gray then ran some steel wool over it to get any imperfections.

I then  finished it off with Rustoleum High Performance Enamel in light machine gray.  

All purchased from Amazon.
