No problem here, but:

1) Subscriber may be set to "don't receive own copy" (default?).
2) Subscriber may have an overly-enthusiastic spam filter.
3) Ditto the ISP.

For 2) and 3), are they getting any posts at all?  If so then that nails 
it to 1).
