[GreenKeys] Old Navy Training Film

This was 9 years after I got out of the Army, but I recall people talking of "Z-notes" or something like that. Looks like a very slovenly crew.

This was the Zumwalt Navy (Chief Naval Operations) for a short period. 
Even dropped the
traditional Cracker-Jack dress uniforms.  Guys looked pretty UNSAT!  Would
not have passed
inspection in my era.  And they named a new class of Destroyer after him?
