[GreenKeys] Model 33 printer heads

And when I say a process like that was used by teletype, I mean using a
band around a cylinder, I have no idea how they made the band itself.

I am actually curious what the black epoxy like material used in the type
cylinder is. For the era I assumed bakelite, but I did not think bakelite
could take that kind of beating, even from inside a steel band. I assume it
is just a thin layer above a steel core but without dissasembling a
cylinder I have no idea.
