Nice machine!

There are several manuals on www.telexforum.de for the Lo15. You need to
register to access them.

I have one too which I have restored. In a wooden housing, though.  A lot
of old grease had to be removed but then it worked quite well. Made a
homebuilt interface which I used for connecting it to my Linux laptop. The
interface did baudot to ascii conversion and generated the loop voltage
needed.
