I have added the Navy 1978 28 TD and Reperf (KTR, ROTR) manuals produced by
the same outfit.

These volumes are all 35-45 MB each.
There must have been a KSR/RO version too, but I don't have it.
I extracted the Wiring Diagrams which you can find at the top of my list at
http://www.navy-radio.com/tty/tty-wd-list.htm
These manuals and wiring diagrams probably contain info on later
(low-level) Model 28 gear not found elsewhere.
