They remind me of the US Army C2 pre-ATCCS (and pre-CHS) Miltope units, but
it's been an awfully long time ... so probably mistaken.

I'm curious about the computers in the 2nd pic, but it was the
TT-541/TG-29(V) units in the 1st pic that really caught my eye. I've never
seen or heard of them before. They look like they were made by Mite, based
on the keyboard and other controls? I'm seriously drooling.
