The 15c is based on a Teletype model 15 but was significantly enhanced by the Lorenz company.  This model is closer to a model 19 in capability but has none of the model 19 tape design aspects. It has the answerback that we recently discussed, which also is used on Model 28s and was retrofitted to the model 19.

This particular machine was used by a company in Germany (Expert Maschinenbau GmbH) that is still in existence today as https://www.expert-tuenkers.de/home/mn_1
