[GreenKeys] Typesetting Perforator, 6 Level Equipment, etc.

Greenkeyers,

A while back I picked up a Model 20 RO used by the AP (picture attached).
Of course, it's a 6 level machine. I used the greenkeys search tool and
found some previous discussion about 6 level equipment used in typesetting
including some discussion of the perforators and (possibly?) 13/16" tape to
account for the extra bit. I have seen catalog images of the 6 level
perforator, the 6 level T/D and also a Model 20 KSR, but never a photo of
one "in the wild".

Does anyone around here actually have a 6 level perforator? T/D? 20 KSR?
I'd love to see some pictures if anyone has them.
