[GreenKeys] Model 19 wiring

I note a lot of messages recently about Model 19 machines and different schemes for
putting them into service, sometimes with a lot of work involved.

I remembered having a photocopy of an article from the old RTTY Journal, when it was
put out by Frank "Dusty" Dunn, W8CQ, here in Michigan.  Dusty took over from Merrill
Swan, W6AEE (I think).  I have a flock of original Journals with Royal Oak, MI 
postmarks on them.

Anyway, I found the copies and scanned them for the group.  This is a much simplified
solution, and for those who have a 'non-standard' machine in their basement, there
might be some differences from what shows below.

Both of the 'authors' are SK now, so no way to backtrack to get answers to some of
the questions that will occur to some.

I hope that this is helpful for anyone who is putting a Model 19 into service.

Sorry that none of the three copies have a month and year of the publication to get
a cleaner copy.  All that shows on all three pages is "RTTY JOURNAL".  Someone may
have some kind of an index to provide the 'original'.
