[GreenKeys] Unknown TU

Does anyone recognize what Terminal Unit 
this might be?   It is clearly commercially 
built (excellently, in fact) and the gray panel 
infers maybe a Navy unit -- but there is NO 
ID or nomenclature that I can find anywhere 
on the unit ...  (there are four small holes in 
the open area of the front panel, where at one 
time there might have been an ID plate). 

It is quite heavy, and not much open space 
under the chassis !
