[GreenKeys] ASR-33 typewheel re-installation

So, I took the typewheel out of my ASR33, and now I can't seem to get it back in. I put the thing down onto the post/screw, put in the machine washer, line up the wheel, and torque down the nut, but the wheel always seems to rotate out of place after about a line of printing. Is there some trick I'm missing, am I just doing it wrong, or is there some actual thing I need to be doing that I'm not?
