Paul,

Yes, it is incredibly heavy.  There were only three of us:  the seller, 
my wife, and I.  My wife actually lent a hand (or, shoulder).  We put an 
old blanket on the tailgate of my truck, leaned it back against that, 
and just muscled it up onto that. There wasn't a good way.
